0.5 parts lemon juice
0.5 parts peach liqueur
0.5 parts ginger beer
Lemon wheel
Candied ginger
1. Combine all ingredients except the ginger beer in a shaker with ice
2. Shake until chilled, strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice, and top with ginger beer
3. Garnish with a lemon wheel and candied ginger
