1.5 parts BLACKENED American Whiskey
1 part grapefruit juice
1 part champagne
0.5 parts honey syrup
Grapefruit wheel

Preparation

1. Shake all ingredients except champagne with ice and strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
2. Top with champagne.
3. Garnish with a grapefruit wheel.
