0.5 parts lemon juice
0.5 parts simple syrup
Fresh mint
1. Muddle the mint and simple syrup in the bottom of a shaker tin
2. Add ice, Blackened, and lemon juice. Shake until chilled
3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
