UNCLE BUCK COCKTAIL RECIPE

To make the syrup:

1. Add 8oz of water, 8oz of cane sugar, 5 cinnamon sticks pot, cover, and boil

2. Reduce heat to low and cook until reduced–roughly 30 minutes

3. Let cool then strain

To make the cocktail:

1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker with an ice

2. Shake and strain over a rocks glass with a large ice cube

3. Garnish with dehydrated apple whee
