Recipe

For 1-liter barrels (adjust for barrel size)

15 parts BLACKENED American Whiskey

7 parts sweet vermouth

5 parts orange liqueur

5 parts Amontillado Sherry

6 dashes orange bitters

Preparation

1. Prepare your barrel according to the instructions to ensure no leakage occurs
2. Add all ingredients to the barrel and let rest for at least 24 hours
