A note from the bartender

“A variation of a Snake Bite shot, this cocktail takes inspiration from molé sauce, highlighting the chocolate and baking-spice notes in the Blackened American Whiskey. The Snake Bite occasionally has a spicy component, so I went with the deep rich flavors of ancho chilé to compliment the whiskey. With the ingredients of honey and lime as an ode to the classic, The Forked Tongue comes together as refreshing and rich, with a finish of spice and toasty heat.” – Katie Renshaw
