1.75 parts BLACKENED American Whiskey
.5 part Ancho Reyes Ancho Chile Liqeur
.75 part honey syrup (2 parts honey, 1 part water)
.75 part fresh lime juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1. Compile all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and shake to dilute
2. Strain and pour into a coupe (or shot glass)
3. Garnish with a black salt half-rim

The Snake Bite occasionally has a spicy component, so I went with the deep rich flavors of ancho chilé to compliment the whiskey.
