Recipe

1.5oz BLACKENED American Whiskey

1oz fresh pineapple juice

.5oz fresh lime juice

.5oz Orgeat

.25oz fresh pressed ginger

2 dashes of Peychaud bitters

Pinch of Himalayan sea salt

Preparation

1. Combine the whiskey, pineapple juice, lime juice, Orgeat, and ginger in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake and strain into a Collins glass with ice.
3. Finish with bitters and sea salt.
