2 parts BLACKENED American Whiskey

.25 parts sugar syrup

.3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Orange Essence

Maraschino Cherry

Preparation

1. Add all ingredients in a mixing glass

2. Add ice and stir until chilled

3. Pour over a large ice cube into a Double Old Fashioned glass

4. Garnish with orange essence and Maraschino cherry
