Recipe

2 parts BLACKENED American Whiskey

.5 parts maple syrup

2 dashes of clove bitters

maple soaked bacon

orange essence garnish

Preparation

1. Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until diluted and chilled

2. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube

3. Add a zest of orange and garnish with maple soaked bacon
