BLACKENED COKE COCKTAIL RECIPE

To make the Mexican Coke syrup:

1. Add 4 bottles of Mexican Coke to a saucepan and bring to a boil

2. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer until it’s nicely reduced

To make the cocktail:

1. Add the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until diluted and chilled

2. Strain over a rocks glass and large ice cube

3. Add the dashes of bitters and garnish with a Maraschino cherry
